Patient Review 1:
I have a HUGE FEAR of the denist. I was hit in the mouth w/a baseball bat at age 8 and have spent the last 40 years on and off in a denist chair w/some horrible experiences! The 1st thing that i noticed about Dr Ricci was his smile and at ease demeanor. He made me feel comfortable right away. He recemented a crown that holds my partial in. I was able to talk to him and tell him of my fears. He truly listened. He examined my teeth and saw that some work I had done 3 1/2-4 yrs ago was not done properly. I was so upset - almost in tears. He did not even charge for the crown recementation.I came back w/my fiance and Dr Ricci sat w/us - gave us the options - even wrote a letter stating his findings of the previous dental work. Emailed that along w/my x-rays. I'm in the process of getting the work redone at no cost due to his above and beyond service to me. Dr Ricci truly cares. I emailed him to ask his thoughts on the plan that the dental school I'm going too . He was honest and reassuring.My mom now goes to Dr Ricci and loves him too! He makes you feel like you're his ONLY patient! He recemented my crown - that was a miracle and once again - he almost made me HAPPY to be at the denist! Dr Ricci is amazing!

Love Dr. Ricci. He recently redid my old root canal and crown. Here's why I highly recommend him to you:1. He is technically very good. I have had lots of dental work done in my life by lots of different dentists. It is very obvious when someone is technically strong and when they are not. A bad dentist means poor fit and shoddy work. Dr. Ricci is fantastic at the most important part of this equation - the actual dental work! BTW - very little pain with his procedures too. 2. His heart is in the right place. There are so many unethical dentists out there who will recommend things to you that you don't need (actually harming perfectly good teeth sometimes) just to make money from the work. I have absolute TRUST in Dr. Ricci's medical advice to me. When you meet him, you will be able to tell right away that he cares most about your well being. 3. He is a very good communicator and I like this low key casual demeanor. Another doctor in this office over communicates for my tastes (ie, talks to you like you are 5), which maybe good for others. I prefer Dr. Ricci's adult, direct, open casual communication style. I'm very happy that I finally found a great and trustworthy dentist in Dallas. Go to Dr. Ricci!

WOW! Dr. Ricci just preformed a root canal on me and I slept thru the procedure!! Just normal novacaine and a tich of nitro gas. Then he extracted my back molar. This Dr. is amazing!! He is so gentle. Having had many root canals in the past I was VERY gun shy and nervous. He was awsome. He told me we were done and I kept asking him "we are done? I slept thru it? Are you sure we are done?" . I didn't even feel the shots of novacaine. I told him he could work on my teeth any time! When he pulled my molar it came right out and I didn't feel a thing. Excellent dentist and a true magician with teeth. As dentists go this was a great experience. One for the books. His manner is wonderfully kind and he is very thorough explaining what needs to be done. Thank you, Dr. Ricci, you are awsome! HIGH ACCOLADES and many thanks. Office and staff are just lovely.

My husband went to Dr. Ricci for some crown work. I am very afraid of any kind of dental work but Dr. Ricci was so comfortlng as he worked on my husband that I felt like I could trust him. When he said I needed crown work too, it took me a while but I finallly went in and Dr. Ricci did a great job! I was still afraid but DrRicci was so calming and patient that I did better than I ever thought I would. It is nice to find a dentist that will take the time to help a person get through a difficult time. I am so glad I found Dr Ricci. I think I will be able to get more at ease as I continue to go to this very professional office. The hygienist and the office staff were very kind and patient and made a very nervous patient feel much more comfortable. Dr. Ricci was highly referred to me by one of my friends and I have been extremely pleased with the whole experience. When I went to Dr. Ricci I had to replace my bridges and with that came a lot of options. He thoroughly went through each option with me at length and helped me make the choice that worked best for me both financially and aesthetically. He was so patient with me always answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I needed extensive dental work so I have spent a lot of time in his office over the past year. His knowledge combined with kindness was magnificent I would recommend him to anyone! The smile that Dr. Ricci gave me is incredible. I couldnt be happier with the results!

Dr. Ricci was extremely thorough and caring. Great gentle chairside manner. I need much more work done but am not completely dreading it. They offer oral sedation for long procedures. I even got his cell phone # for emergencies after first visit. Highly recommended

Found a recommendation to Dr. Ricci's office from a website I can no longer recall. I needed immediate emergency dental attention and he was able to accommodate me right away. His friendliness, knowledge and professionalism is top notch and he left nothing unanswered. He explained the problem, process and complete plan to me & allowed me to be involved every step of the way. Pain? None! His #1 priority was too maintain my comfort level throughout both procedures. By far the best extraction & fillings done, EVER! His attention & responsiveness to concerns on any questions I had after procedure is unbeatable. I can't say enough about the entire staff as well. Every one of my questions was answered by the billing/ insurance staff and the receptionist is very caring and welcoming. I was never blindsided by unexpected insurance costs & I was explained everything line by line. Dr. Ricci's chair-side manner is exceptional. I recommend this *entire* office to everyone.
About Hygienist: My hygienist was phenomenal! She explained everything and walked me through certain procedures. Her chair side manner is wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better hygienist. I think this office has really found the perfect employees and the environment is very comfortable, professional and very calming.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Ricci when I did! My former dentist does not work Fri / Sat, and I was suffering terribly from a toothache and did not know where to turrn to. Dr. Ricci worked me in for an appt. immediately and treated me as if my wellness was his #1 priority. As a result of his careful diagnosis, my condition was assessed and quickly treated, in such a way that I was hardly inconvenienced at all, missing no work and feeling no pain. My regular dentist is retiring soon, so now I don't have to worry about finding the "right" replacement. Overall, I am very satisfied.
