The office is equipped with the latest technology, from the laser "cavity finder" to the technique used to fill a cavity.

Since my initial visit I've already gone through a cleaning and multiple fillings, all of which were pain-free and done with great precision and yielded amazing results. Speaking of amazing results, the fillings performed by Dr. Lo are THE BEST I've ever seen from ANY dentist I've been to or seen. You literally cannot tell where any of my fillings have been done. They blend perfectly into the teeth and believe me when I say perfectly.

Dr. Lo's office was a completely different experience. His attitude is professional yet friendly and I never at any moment felt nervous or pressured. Plus, the TV on the ceiling and the hygienists' friendliness made the experience even more pleasant.

I recently had to get baby teeth extracted that should have fell out a couple years ago. Dr. Lo made sure the experience was completely pain free and that I was comfortable the whole time. On top of that, realizing that I was upset that i would have two gaps in my teeth during an upcoming party, he made me a retainer and filled in the missing teeth so that i could look my best. Not only was I completely satisfied with his work, I felt great gratitude and appreciation.

As a child I had a really big fear of dentists due to bad experiences. When I first visited Dr. Lo I was very apprehensive, but his 'bedside' manner immediately put me at ease. He is funny, attentive, and knowledgeable. He tells you what you need done, prioritizes the procedures, lists the costs, but doesn't put any pressure on you to have them done.

Another great thing is the flat screen TV on the ceiling. When you're there for a procedure, you can watch TV with a headset. I love this because the headset drowns out any noise - such as from a drill, and watching the TV keeps me relaxed and stress-free during the procedure.

The facility is very clean and if you watch you can see that they are very careful about keeping their equipment sterilized.

The hygenists are all very nice and most of them have very good tenure - which means I can see the same hygenist with each cleaning, if I choose. However, I have met most of them and they are all wonderful. Very courteous, very concerned with your comfort, and they always greet you by name.

I have been very happy with all that has been done.

Although this is a "not so cheap" thing, they let me set up a payment plan.

When it was time to remove my teeth, Dr. Lo made sure that I was in NO PAIN, if I felt anything uncomfortable, he would stop and make sure that I was comfortable. Any time I need to get a hold of Dr. Lo, I called or emailed and replied as soon as he was able.

I love everyone in the office, everyone is enjoyable and cheerful.

I have been recommending Dr. Lo to my friends and family.

About Hygienist: All the hygienist that have helped out have been so nice. They also make sure that I am comfortable.

The office is very pleasant and clean and the all of the staff and hygenists are fabulous.

Once, my toothache forced me to call him early in the morning, and he was able to fill me in the same day.

Dr. Lo is excellent about describing in detail what his operational procedures involve and informing the patient of all other treatment options. Plus he is a Dentist with a humor! We always have a few good laughs.

The office has an exceptional IT department that allows patients to submit most of their paperwork online. They also send appointment reminders via e-mail.

Waiting times in the reception area are never more than a few minutes.

His staff is delightful and the facility is really lovely. Everyone is so detail oriented and treats the patients like family. Even the office manager took the time to explain all my insurance information to me. Not once did I feel like "just another patient". After Dr. Lo looked at my teeth there was one that would need a potential root canal. I was scared about the pain and the cost.... but he assured me he would do everything he could to avoid it.

Because of his gentle drilling and expertise we were able to avoid a root canal. He saved my tooth and my pocket book! If you're looking for a good dentist - look no further. You've hit the jackpot. Cheesy, I know. But so true!

I went to Dr. Lo with a mission: To correct the damage of another dentist. I was unable to bite properly and was hitting my upper premolar after having 2 new crowns. I had constant inflammation and pain in my gums, face and neck. After 2 months of pain, that incompetent dentist had the audacity to tell me she has done a perfect job and that I should get used to it.

Dr. Lo took up the task to clean this mess. He created a 3-D model of my mouth, listened to my comments and carefully, step-by-step, tried solutions until my bite became comfortable again. The two dysfunctional crowns were replaced and I am on my way to full recovery.

I am so glad I found Dr. Lo!

I have gone to another dentist to have a tooth that fell out put back in. It was a front tooth. It had a post. The dentist said it could not be put back in. He sent me to an implant dentist. Three tries later, a lot of discomfort, bruising and money, I still do not have that tooth replaced. That procedure took 8 months. The dentist did not interface with the implant dentist.

I went back to Dr. Lo. He immediately saw way the implant did not work. My bottom tooth was hitting my gum, displacing it. Dr. Lo put in a bonded tooth. He adhered it to my two bording teeth. That bonded tooth is still in place. He did this as a goodwill jester to restore my faith in dentists without charge. I can smile again.

It has been 9 months and now I am going to proceed with a compromise treatment with Dr. Lo. He could do it fast but the slower process will be better for me. He DOES stand by his work.

Dr. Lo will work with me making the treatments that are not covered by insurance. I really appreciated that.

I would recommend Dr. Lo to any patient that is to see a dentist that has a bad mouth of teeth.

I am so happy with Dr.Lo that I plan on taking my children there for check-ups.

My case "was" a complicated one; I had 2 lateral implants placed 15 years ago when the procedure was just becoming main stream. I have always been unhappy with the two crowns aesthetics' and the implants have repeatedly come "unscrewed" over the years. Dr. Lo was the only dentist to spend his time (not mine) to research the details of my case BEFORE starting. Due to his diligent research, he was able to put in place a treatment plan that saved me money, excessive surgery & undue pain.

Dr. Lo is an intelligent and caring doctor with an unsurpassed talent in the dental profession. When an obstacle would present itself, I honestly could see the gears turning in his head. Bottom line he is an over achiever & problem solver. He has addressed all of my needs & exceeded my expectations. Now with all of this being said, I do not believe another dentist would have hung in there with me! I have yet to meet another Dentist that truly understands the importance of making the customer completely satisfied!

Dr. Lo does not disappoint! In fact, he will work with you until you are completely delighted!

Over the past two years, I had some major issues with my teeth that resulted in an extraction and the installation of several crowns which required me to spend considerable time with Dr. Lo and his staff. They took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect - very comforting. They are also really down to earth and pleasant - I really enjoyed Dr. Lo's college stories.

The entire staff is friendly. When I call to the office, I only have to say my first name and they know who I am, they ask about my husband and the baby. I feel comfortable and have confidence in Dr. Lo's recommendations for my teeth. I have referred family and friends to Dr. Lo. I plan to get my wisdom teeth removed this year and the work of Dr. Lo has me comfortable with getting the teeth removed and his recommendations. I have heard horror stories of wisdom tooth removal, root canals and believe it or not feeling but not at Dr. Lo. Give him a try!!!

I assisted Dr. Lo for around 4 years, during this time also unfortunately was in a accident that knocked out my front four

teeth. The reason I am telling you this is also over the 4 years

of assisting Dr. Lo I had learned what a wonderful Dentist he is.

With this in mind when it came time for my crowns to be made I

choose Dr. Lo to do it, I had seen his work over the years and

knew he would do a great job. It was a pretty hard case, but the

crowns came out beautiful. I get compliments on my teeth and smile all of the time. I also had to have four root canals and I choose Dr. Lo as well to do them. Being an assistant for 14 years I most likely would have had a Endodontist do them, but

seeing Dr. Lo's work with root canals, I KNEW he was perfect to do them.

Dr. Lo is an all around great Dentist, from the years I assisted him I saw that he is great with children, very scared adults and I would have to say a incredible artist when it comes to your teeth.

Over the 14 years in the Dental Field Dr. Lo's office is the cleanest I have EVER worked in, they follow every guideline. This is something that is very important to me. And, the Staff is

wonderful as well, very friendly, caring and always helpful.

The real bonus to this practice is that Dr. Lo has that rare mix of being personable, approachable, & funny along with great technical precision. AND, the best thing of all: He has small, nimble hands!

We are always welcomed by his staff, ALWAYS greeted by Dr. Lo on a first name basis, and always leave feeling like the entire visit could not have gone any better. Even though I have to make a 20 mile trip to and from his office, and pay a few dollars for each visit, since he's out of my insurance's network, he is more than well worth it.

Without all the details, he had me filled with tears of gratitude today. I have always sensed that he cared about us, but today he actually took the opportunity to prove to me just how much he truly does care about his patient's health and well-being.

My 2 yr old son left Dr. Lo's office today feeling like a big boy. His 1st visit went exceptionally well. He can not wait to use his new powered fire truck toothbrush tonight with Dad. And my 1 yr old son can't wait to get one of his own!
