Patient Review 1:

I had at least 8 years between dental visits due to fear of the pain involved. I found Dr. Lo and could not believe it was possible to have a plesant experience. I realized his dedication and skill when he took care of a crown for me. The crown was molded and inserted, but Dr. Lo was not satisfied. He stated the manufacturer had done A work and he was only happy with A+, so he promptly sent it back and made them do it over. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen and I will be a loyal patient for life. I have never hesitated to reccomend him to all my friends and loved ones. My only regret on this review is that he could not be rated higher.

I was really nervous about having my two front teeth replaced, so I started doing my homework and found the reviews on this website. It was clear from his reviews that he was the dentist I would give a shot. Well, many visits and 2 teeth later, I have to say that Dr. Lo is the absolute best dentist in the metroplex. His work is impeccable. He listens. He takes a personal interest and is super humble and gentle. His light hearted humor (at appropriate times) puts a patient at ease. And for those of you with serious anxiety, the TV/DVD on the ceiling with headphones to watch a show of your choice really do help the anxiety melt away. We will drive many miles to make sure we can continue to see Dr. Lo for all our dental needs. Thank you, Dr. Lo!!!

I absolutely LOVE this office. There isn't one thing I could ask to be better and I am a very particular person. If I can't find anything--they are doing GREAT! Dr. Lo did my fillings and you cannot even see the line between the tooth and the filling. It is amazing. He is very thorough. Workmanship is first class, waiting time is practically 0, everyone is so friendly--very good experience. I have been to many dentists and I have never seen a more skilled dentist. Look no further.

Dr. Lo was extremely professional & knowledgeable. I have a fear of dentistry but Dr. Lo's obvious intelligence and honesty put me at ease and gave me a new found trust in dentists. . The office itself is also very nice. The TVs in the ceiling are a nice touch & a welcome distraction from the dental procedures.

Dr. Lo is not only professional but also perceptive. Dr. Lo treats his patients with tender, loving and care. You are not just a patient to him. All the staffs whoever works there is courteous. The office set up is very comfortable. You are well informed before any procedure is proceeded. His fees might be a little bit higher than average but it sure worths it. The insurance billing staff is very knowledgable and helpful if you ever have any conerns or questions. I've problems with one of my bridges for many years and none of those dentists I've visited can fix it until I went to Dr. Lo. Dr. Lo has explained the cause of the problem right there and fixed it later on since we have to set up couple appointments to get everything fixed. I believe "words of mouth". Dr. Lo is exhibiting knowledge and intelligence for his profession. Overall experience is "superb"!!!

About Hygienist: She does an excellent job as well. She is also courteous and professional.

I've had two root canals done by Dr. Lo, the whole procedure was absolutely painless! Dr. Lo and his wonderful staff make you feel so much at ease and relaxed. Dr.Lo has a wonderful chair side manner always making sure you are happy and always asks "may I?"

I am so happy with Dr.Lo that I plan on taking my children there for check-ups.

I've been going to Dr. Lo for over 7 years now and even though I moved to London 6 years ago, I make it a point to see him whenever I'm back and actually just made a special visit too see him for immediate attention. I consider myself a perfectionist and a very "nervous" patient but since I've been going to Dr. Lo, I actually look forward to going to the dentist and his work is outstanding! EVERYONE in the office is a pleasure and I can't say enough good things about this office. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for all my dental needs.

I can not say enough about Dr. Lo and my gratitude toward he & his staff. They have made my dental experience a joy and pleasure, if you can imagine your mouth being worked on as a pleasurable experience. He is a perfectionist with a great personality and sense of humor. Always putting the patient's needs/wants first. Whenever I have needed anything, he has always been there. My new wife and stepdaughter just met Dr. Lo approximately 7 months ago and both have had extensive work done. They both have enjoyed their experience with Dr. Lo & his staff. I have asked them if they wanted to seek another dentist after their experience and both have strongly replied no. They both feel very comfortable allowing Dr. Lo to work on their dental needs. We currently live in Lake Highlands and would not even consider changing dentist just to save time or gas b/c of the extra drive. He is definitely worth the trip.

After years of not going to the dentist regularly, a tooth with a cavity became a problem for me. Dr. Lo was referred to me by two seperate people, a co-worker of mine and a friend of my wife. When two people who didn't know the other recommended the same dentist, I was surprised. I was also pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Dr. Lo's staff and how quickly they got me in to see him. Like many of you reading this, I had years of negative experiences of having my teeth worked on. I only wish that I'd started seeing Dr. Lo fifteen years ago! No pain or discomfort from the numbing injection whatsoever, and the entire process was a breeze compared to what I had experienced with other dentists. The flatscreen plasma TV on the ceiling with noise-cancelling headphones provided an excellent distration, and I was even able to bring the DVD of my choice to watch during the procedure! Afterwards Dr. Lo gave me a detailed explanation of what caused my particular problem, and gave me his cell phone number to call after-hours in case of any emergency or problem.

Dr. Lo is the dentist for people who are afraid of going to the dentist, like I was before. Now I plan on seeing his office regularly for cleanings and checkups.

Dr. Lo is the best dentist I know. Take it from someone with a lot of dental work. Being from Canada and after living in several states, I can confidently say that he is by far, the most amazing dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Lo has done vaneers, crowns, root canals, etc. All of which went very smoothly. My front teeth (vaneers and crowns), look like they have always been my own. His seat side manner is wonderful, he is always concerened about you and your questions, etc.. Work is never started until you are completely comfortable and at ease. I have been terrified of dentists most of my life, this is the very first time that I have had so much confidence and am able to be relaxed while work is being done. Dr. Lo has emailed and called me on the evening after my work has been done to make sure that I am doing well. No other dentist has taken the time to care. Not, just Dr. Lo, but his entire staff is amazing. They all greet you when you come in, feels almost like family. I tell everyone to go to Dr. Lo, whether they ask me or not. Dr. Lo and his staff, should be rated best in North America in my opinion. Keep us the fantastic work.

About Hygienist: Unfortunately, I can't remember all of the names. Each and every hygenist is wonderful. Appointments are always on time, they are finished in good time. The staff is very knowledgable and will let you know tips to care for your teeth better. THey always let me know when I am doing something right. Teeth always feel clean and great when I am done.

Dr Lo,

is the best thing that happened to my family and dentistry as a whole. He is awesome at what he does from crowning,implants to filling you name it. He did an excellent job on my husband's crown molding after my husband had been to several dentist and it was not properly fitted. He has such a great sense of humor you forget about your fears, pain you had prior to getting there and anxiety. He does not create a problem for you just to make money on you like most of the other doctor's did to us, he genuinely cares about his patients. He is the best!!! The wait time is minimal, customer service is great.

I have very high expectations and I expect top notch professionalism with painstaking attention to detail. Whew, poor Dr. Lo :)

My case "was" a complicated one; I had 2 lateral implants placed 15 years ago when the procedure was just becoming main stream. I have always been unhappy with the two crowns aesthetics' and the implants have repeatedly come "unscrewed" over the years. Dr. Lo was the only dentist to spend his time (not mine) to research the details of my case BEFORE starting. Due to his diligent research, he was able to put in place a treatment plan that saved me money, excessive surgery & undue pain.

Dr. Lo is an intelligent and caring doctor with an unsurpassed talent in the dental profession. When an obstacle would present itself, I honestly could see the gears turning in his head. Bottom line he is an over achiever & problem solver. He has addressed all of my needs & exceeded my expectations. Now with all of this being said, I do not believe another dentist would have hung in there with me! I have yet to meet another Dentist that truly understands the importance of making the customer completely satisfied!

Dr. Lo does not disappoint! In fact, he will work with you until you are completely delighted!

For years I had been going to a dentist that my family and I were only mildly satisfied with. She would force treatments on us that we supposedly "needed", but we figured she got the job done fine & continued to use her services. Two years ago I was in need of a root canal & found Dr. Lo online. I called them up and was amazed at the relatively low cost for the procedure and made an appointment. Right away I felt at ease in the office - the office manager Moneer is extremely nice and accomodating. She worked with me to arrange a payment plan that would fit my budget. Dr. Lo & his nurse were professional and funny, and made me feel comfortable. They have a lovely office with nice ammenities such as flat screen lcd tvs where you can watch tv/movies while you are getting work done. My root canal was as painless as I could've hoped & I could not believe how nice everything looked when it was complete. Between Dr. Lo & my previous dentist it was like night and day! I have been so impressed with Dr. Lo that I recently inquired about getting porcelain veneers and I am in that process right now. I feel comfortable knowing he wants me to be happy with the result & will do what he can to ensure that I achieve a perfect smile!

My husband and I found Dr. Lo after moving here from FL. We have been extremely satisified with services provided at his practice. Dr. Lo has placed 2 fillings for me and each time this was a painless experience and as pleasant as placing a filling can be. The dental hygenists go the extra distance to make sure each patient feels comfortable and at home. Dr. Lo also removed all of my wisdom teeth and was available to me after hours when I experienced a dry socket. Dr. Lo and his staff are friendly and ready to help at a moments notice. I now have two young children and am looking forward to their first appointments with Dr. Lo this coming December. If you are looking for a dentist in the area you cannont go wrong with this office.

Dr. Lo and his staff are great. They are always courteous, pleasant and professional when treating me and my family.

Over the past two years, I had some major issues with my teeth that resulted in an extraction and the installation of several crowns which required me to spend considerable time with Dr. Lo and his staff. They took the time to explain what was going on and what to expect - very comforting. They are also really down to earth and pleasant - I really enjoyed Dr. Lo's college stories.

I couldn't be any more impressed with the results of my treatment under Dr. Lo and the friendly service they display at each appointment.

I came to Dr. Lo after my previous dentist passed away unexpectedly. Dr. Lo has done crowns and other dental work for me and I was so impressed that I suggested to my wife that she should check him out. She has been so pleased that she will want to write her own review. For my part, I believe that Dr. Lo is a genuinely good person who also happens to be a great dentist. He is kind, patient and respectful and has a great since of humor which tends to set patients at ease. (His staff may disagree with me on his jokes). The whole office is excellent and friendly. Dr. Lo's partner (Dr. Lazarus) is also very good. One time when Dr. Lo was out of town, Dr. Lazarus saw me on extremely short notice for a problem situation even though I was not his regular patient. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lo and the office, and for those worried about cost the difference in his fees and network fees are insignificant in my opinion

Dr. Lo makes it really hard to hate going to the dentist, and believe me I am one of those people that HATE going to the dentist. I've never had another dentist ask, "May I?" before sticking something in my mouth to look at my teeth. I have to drive out of my way and pay more since they are out of network, it is well worth it. Highly recommend Dr. Lo.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Lo and his team! I absolutely HATE going to the dentist but I have been able to keep regular appointments after not going for more than 5 years.
