Patient Review 1:

My family and I have been going to Dr. Lo for many years. I have had a couple of root canals, crowns, fillings, and teeth whitening.

As a child I had a really big fear of dentists due to bad experiences. When I first visited Dr. Lo I was very apprehensive, but his 'bedside' manner immediately put me at ease. He is funny, attentive, and knowledgeable. He tells you what you need done, prioritizes the procedures, lists the costs, but doesn't put any pressure on you to have them done.

Another great thing is the flat screen TV on the ceiling. When you're there for a procedure, you can watch TV with a headset. I love this because the headset drowns out any noise - such as from a drill, and watching the TV keeps me relaxed and stress-free during the procedure.

The facility is very clean and if you watch you can see that they are very careful about keeping their equipment sterilized.

The hygenists are all very nice and most of them have very good tenure - which means I can see the same hygenist with each cleaning, if I choose. However, I have met most of them and they are all wonderful. Very courteous, very concerned with your comfort, and they always greet you by name.

Dr. Lo will be my dentist for life!

I needed to get some teeth pulled, a couple of root canals and get ready for a full set of dentures. Everything was explained, and we talked about all the options I had before anything was done.

I have been very happy with all that has been done.

Although this is a "not so cheap" thing, they let me set up a payment plan.

When it was time to remove my teeth, Dr. Lo made sure that I was in NO PAIN, if I felt anything uncomfortable, he would stop and make sure that I was comfortable. Any time I need to get a hold of Dr. Lo, I called or emailed and replied as soon as he was able.

I love everyone in the office, everyone is enjoyable and cheerful.

I have been recommending Dr. Lo to my friends and family.

Dr. Lo is my dentist for life.

About Hygienist: All the hygienist that have helped out have been so nice. They also make sure that I am comfortable.

I had a front tooth (#7) replaced with an implant and porcelain crown. Because it was a highly visible tooth, I was very, very particular. I consulted with three dentists and chose Dr. Lo based on my comfort level with his ability to generate options, complete honesty and openness about the likely results, risks, etc. He also recommended the surgeon for the implan but stayed very close to all aspects of the work. After months of work we completed the project. I am very satisfied with the professionalism of Dr. Lo, his choice of other doctors to work with to complete the procedure and the end results.

My family was referred to Dr. Lo when we first moved to DFW. I am very fearful of dentists but Dr. Lo has changed all of that. My children also prefer his office to the pediatric only dentists they started out with. Dr. Lo has done two crowns for me - virtually painless! He also made 5 veneers for my top front teeth and they are beautiful. My family out of state was so impressed and they continue to be in great shape.

The office is very pleasant and clean and the all of the staff and hygenists are fabulous.

I can't really comment on cost because we have excellent dental insurance.

Dr. Lo is one of the best Dentist in DFW, especially in Plano. I have been to several Asian Dentists and did not get the good result with my crowns. After lots of friends and co-workers recommendation that I was still skeptical, furthermore I also went to look for Internet reviews and I found Dr. Wilson Lo. Oh boy talking about the crown procedure, it's is painless, I felt very comfortable and Dr. Lo is super nice, he is taking his time with patients explaining the before and after the procedures, his skills and is super above all. The office is super clean and the whole staff are really nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing is that they are not under my network insurance which is a bummer but hey if Dr. Lo can do the job right and I found him the best of the best, I don't mind paying for it. I hope that they will reconsider to become most of the major Dental Insurance. I would strongly recommend Dr. Wilson Lo to all my friends, co-workers, family and all of the people out there who has been suffered with some other Dentist like I have had. It took me years of fear going back to fix my crowns that one of the other Dentist has done the damage but my fear is gone and now I am very satifying and happy with Dr. Lo.

I brought to Dr. Lo the challenges of many years of failed restorations by other dentists. He has skillfully restored my smile to the perfect one of my youth. More importantly, in addition to cosmetic excellence, he has restored the functionality of my teeth. His prices are very reasonable, and he stands behind his work. Dr. Lo loves his work and shows amazing attention to all the little details. He also has a wonderful personality and answers all of my questions. Dr. Lo and his talented, caring and attentive staff, in the front office and at my side, make it a pleasure for me to visit Texas Dental!

About Hygienist: Whenever I have my teeth cleaned at Texas Dental, I feel as though I am being pampered at a spa. My needs are all met and my questions answered. For me, it's like a little vacation; and of course, my teeth look and feel wonderful!!

Dr Lo is great and the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Visiting the office is not stressfull at all. (They remember my name when I walk in.) My wait time is never long. I even have been able to afford dental procedures that I have postponed for years because of the cost. They worked with me and my insurance provider to be certain there were no surprises. It is great to be pain-free and have a beautiful, healthy smille again!

About Hygienist: If you want to meet people who love teeth and get excited about polishing your smile, go to the office. Their excitement always makes me laugh out loud. They definitely selected the right career path!

I went in after reading reviews on this website. Customer service is excellence from DA that answers the phone to the point where I got to meet Dr.Lo. He reviewed my x-rays and offered options to address my dental issues. His practice is equipped with top of the line technology where he has this pencil like camera that he puts in your mouth & takes pictures of the specific teeth that need to be addressed and then it's on a monitor for closer inspection. That totally blew me away. He explains everything in great detail and is very attentive to your questions and concerns. He did not have any immediate appointments open so he reffered me to his associate Dr.Ricci. Dr.Ricci was just as pleasant. I had my wisdom tooth pulled and needed a crown. Dr.Ricci was very gentle, took his time and was very calm which in turn made me relax as i was very nervous. The whole procedure took 3hrs and was virtually painless. For those afraid of needles like i am, they have a numbing cream they apply to your gum prior to the numbing injections so that when they are ready to numb you, you DON"T FEEL A THING! that was genius. His assistant Elisha was really nice, she's the numbing cream queen. Overall i had a great experience and will be returning.

Dr. Lo has been my dentist for at least the past 3 years. I am very pleased with his bed-side manner. He truly cares about the health of his patients. I know you will be pleased with his gentle and precise application of the art of dentistry! Go see him, you won't regret it! I have since gotten regular cleanings, teeth whitening and bonding. For those of you who don't like to be left in the dark about what you are getting, this is your man. I had fillings, wisdom teeth removed, and a crown replacement through him. He always explained thoroughly what he was doing, so I never had to worry about asking. After he is done, he will take pictures of the results and make any long term considerations that can save you money down the line.

Once, my toothache forced me to call him early in the morning, and he was able to fill me in the same day.

Their office is very hygienic and uses some of the latest equipment. They have TV's mounted on ceilings so you can watch TV while they operate. I personally opted not to use it because I found his stories and stand-up routine more entertaining.

About Hygienist: I liked the two Hygienists that cleaned my teeth. They both were very articulate and took good care of me. They too will thoroughly explain what they are doing, for those of you who like to know what you are getting.

The staff and facilities at Dr. Lo's office are the best. I am always very confident when recommending him to friends and family.

Dr. Lo is excellent about describing in detail what his operational procedures involve and informing the patient of all other treatment options. Plus he is a Dentist with a humor! We always have a few good laughs.

The office has an exceptional IT department that allows patients to submit most of their paperwork online. They also send appointment reminders via e-mail.

Waiting times in the reception area are never more than a few minutes.

I have an extreme fear of Dentists. Dr. Lo is without a doubt the best I have ever come across. I would recommend him exceptionally highly to anyone. His staff is the best, very attentive, very professional and personalbe. If it were not for Dr. Lo and the caliber of his staff and his work I would still have a fear of dentists.

Dr. Lo's light-hearted demeanor and professionalism keep me coming back! I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time (I really have never liked my dentists) and my first appointment was this winter. I was very nervous but upon my first cleaning and exam I already had an idea that I would be happy with this team. Sure enough, I am!

His staff is delightful and the facility is really lovely. Everyone is so detail oriented and treats the patients like family. Even the office manager took the time to explain all my insurance information to me. Not once did I feel like "just another patient". After Dr. Lo looked at my teeth there was one that would need a potential root canal. I was scared about the pain and the cost.... but he assured me he would do everything he could to avoid it.

Because of his gentle drilling and expertise we were able to avoid a root canal. He saved my tooth and my pocket book! If you're looking for a good dentist - look no further. You've hit the jackpot. Cheesy, I know. But so true!

Dr. Lo and his team focus on providing a very relaxed and comfort focused environment. Between the great relationship Dr. Lo establishes with his customers, the TV monitors mounted on the ceiling, the super friendly and helpful staff, there's not another dentist's office I would consider. In addition, his team really focuses on making the visit as pain-free as possible. I've only been in Dallas for 2 years, but I was lucky enough to find this office through my wife. Many of our colleagues choose Dr. Lo's office and I've never heard a negative comment. For an outstanding dental experience, I highly recommend Texas Dental and specifically Dr. Lo and his team.

I've had significant dental work with many dentists in that past. Dr. Lo's practice is the best in the business. Every aspect of his business, from setting appointments to insurance claims to the quality of care is outstanding. Its easy to get an appointment. His staff is always punctual. The quality of his work is outstanding. The cost is reasonable compared to other dentists but given the high quality of care, his services are a steal. I highly recommend Dr. Lo's practice.

Dr. Lo is not only an accomplished and knowledgeable doctor, but he has 3 important traits: He takes the time to LISTEN and INVESTIGATE thoroughly the patient's problems, and he COMMUNICATES his thoughts and decisions openly and sincerely. He continuously endeavors in finding the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions for his patients.

I went to Dr. Lo with a mission: To correct the damage of another dentist. I was unable to bite properly and was hitting my upper premolar after having 2 new crowns. I had constant inflammation and pain in my gums, face and neck. After 2 months of pain, that incompetent dentist had the audacity to tell me she has done a perfect job and that I should get used to it.

Dr. Lo took up the task to clean this mess. He created a 3-D model of my mouth, listened to my comments and carefully, step-by-step, tried solutions until my bite became comfortable again. The two dysfunctional crowns were replaced and I am on my way to full recovery.

Dr. Lo's work is exemplary. If you have a problem that your dentist seems unable to fix, give Dr. Lo a chance. I highly recommend him. My best man and the rest of my family are already his patients. You will not regret it.
