Dr. Lo is not only an accomplished and knowledgeable doctor, but he has 3 important traits: He takes the time to LISTEN and INVESTIGATE thoroughly the patient's problems, and he COMMUNICATES his thoughts and decisions openly and sincerely. I went to Dr. Lo with a mission: To correct the damage of another dentist. I was unable to bite properly and was hitting my upper premolar after having 2 new crowns. I had constant inflammation and pain in my gums, face and neck. After 2 months of pain, that incompetent dentist had the audacity to tell me she has done a perfect job and that I should get used to it.

Dr. Lo took up the task to clean this mess. He created a 3-D model of my mouth, listened to my comments and carefully, step-by-step, tried solutions until my bite became comfortable again. The two dysfunctional crowns were replaced and I am on my way to full recovery.

Dr. Lo's work is exemplary. If you have a problem that your dentist seems unable to fix, give Dr. Lo a chance. I highly recommend him. My best man and the rest of my family are already his patients. You will not regret it.

I took my 17 year old daughter to see Dr. Lo when it was time to have her braces removed. When she was 12 she had filling material put on her front tooth due to a groove and some discoloration. But the tooth didn't look right. We were told not to have the bonding re-done before the braces were put on by both her pediatric dentist and her orthodontist. So we followed their advise, but it was a mistake. When Dr. Lo removed the bonded material from her tooth there was quite a large space between her front teeth. The bonded tooth had been made too large by her pediatric dentist. Dr. Lo had a difficult situation to work with but he and his staff worked with us on a very tight schedule to get the bonding done in time for her senior pictures. I was very afraid the tooth wouldn't look right and my daughter had been through so much due to the tooth looking so funny for so long. But Dr. Lo took the time to really do a meticulous job. He looked at the teeth from every angle and was able to bond both her front teeth to make them look right. Not only right, but gorgeous! She is so happy and much more confident. I was nearly in tears when we left the office. I was so relieved that her smile was as important to a dentist as it was to me!

About Hygienist: Lanai, she has cleaned my teeth several times and always removes all the stains. Truly she gives the most detailed cleaning I'v ever had.

i have had everything from general cleanings to root canals and crowns ... pain was minimal - and since i metabolize 'freezing' quickly - dr lo never hesitates to 'top me up' so i have no discomfort at all... its nice to know that my level of comfort is important to him! monir 'the money lady' is great w insurance questions and has helped me on more than one occasion when i changed coverage.

dr. lo, gracie and company - are a wonderful bunch who actually care about their patients!! this is one dentist that i truly LIKE going to visit - they even have tvs mounted to the celiings where you can either watch something they have on hand (ie. friends, seinfeld etc.) or bring your own !! during one particularly long visit - i was a bit sick and had a chill - they even got me a warm blanket to cover up with !!! i was confused for a moment thinking i was actually at a spa and not a dentist!! they are AWESOME!!!

I was very skeptical about going to any Dentist around the area because I had just moved to Dallas and really didn't know anyone that could recommend a good Dentist. I had major dental and cosmetic work done when I was in high school and college, so after that was completed I wanted a break from Dentists for awhile! That short break ended up being over 8 years, but no one at Dr. Lo's was judgmental and they provided me the best care.

Since I hadn't been to the Dentist in such a long time, I had to have an extreme gum cleaning to remove years of plaque build-up from my teeth. Dr. Lo and his staff did a great job telling me about what the plan was to improve the health of my teeth and what they planned to do to help me really take care of my teeth from the bottom up! If you are looking for a very detailed Dentist and one that provides minimal-no pain, then look no further than Dr. Lo. For anyone that gets nervous about dental visits, they will make you feel very comfortable when you visit........you can even watch tv from the ceiling while they do your work! (i personally have enjoyed watching the Simpsons!) The entire office staff have been very helpful and I would recommend them to any one of my friends or family!

Dr. Lo is a caring person. Will listen to me and then work to get the best results.

I have gone to another dentist to have a tooth that fell out put back in. It was a front tooth. It had a post. The dentist said it could not be put back in. He sent me to an implant dentist. Three tries later, a lot of discomfort, bruising and money, I still do not have that tooth replaced. That procedure took 8 months. The dentist did not interface with the implant dentist.

I went back to Dr. Lo. He immediately saw way the implant did not work. My bottom tooth was hitting my gum, displacing it. Dr. Lo put in a bonded tooth. He adhered it to my two bording teeth. That bonded tooth is still in place. He did this as a goodwill jester to restore my faith in dentists without charge. I can smile again.

It has been 9 months and now I am going to proceed with a compromise treatment with Dr. Lo. He could do it fast but the slower process will be better for me. He DOES stand by his work.

Dr. Lo will work with me making the treatments that are not covered by insurance. I really appreciated that.

I would recommend Dr. Lo to any patient that is to see a dentist that has a bad mouth of teeth.

I had at least 8 years between dental visits due to fear of the pain involved. I found Dr. Lo and could not believe it was possible to have a plesant experience. I realized his dedication and skill when he took care of a crown for me. The crown was molded and inserted, but Dr. Lo was not satisfied. He stated the manufacturer had done A work and he was only happy with A+, so he promptly sent it back and made them do it over. He is by far the best dentist I have ever seen and I will be a loyal patient for life. I have never hesitated to reccomend him to all my friends and loved ones. My only regret on this review is that he could not be rated higher.

I was really nervous about having my two front teeth replaced, so I started doing my homework and found the reviews on this website. It was clear from his reviews that he was the dentist I would give a shot. Well, many visits and 2 teeth later, I have to say that Dr. Lo is the absolute best dentist in the metroplex. Dr. Lo is not only professional but also perceptive. Dr. Lo treats his patients with tender, loving and care. You are not just a patient to him. All the staffs whoever works there is courteous. The office set up is very comfortable. You are well informed before any procedure is proceeded. His fees might be a little bit higher than average but it sure worths it. The insurance billing staff is very knowledgable and helpful if you ever have any conerns or questions. I've problems with one of my bridges for many years and none of those dentists I've visited can fix it until I went to Dr. Lo. Dr. Lo has explained the cause of the problem right there and fixed it later on since we have to set up couple appointments to get everything fixed. I believe "words of mouth". Dr. Lo is exhibiting knowledge and intelligence for his profession. Overall experience is "superb"!!!

After years of not going to the dentist regularly, a tooth with a cavity became a problem for me. Dr. Lo was referred to me by two seperate people, a co-worker of mine and a friend of my wife. When two people who didn't know the other recommended the same dentist, I was surprised. I was also pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of Dr. Lo's staff and how quickly they got me in to see him. Like many of you reading this, I had years of negative experiences of having my teeth worked on. I only wish that I'd started seeing Dr. Lo fifteen years ago! No pain or discomfort from the numbing injection whatsoever, and the entire process was a breeze compared to what I had experienced with other dentists. The flatscreen plasma TV on the ceiling with noise-cancelling headphones provided an excellent distration, and I was even able to bring the DVD of my choice to watch during the procedure! Afterwards Dr. Lo gave me a detailed explanation of what caused my particular problem, and gave me his cell phone number to call after-hours in case of any emergency or problem.

Dr. Lo is the dentist for people who are afraid of going to the dentist, like I was before. Now I plan on seeing his office regularly for cleanings and checkups.
