Case Description
I have had a estimate of about $5000 to fix my teeth and trying to save some of them. most of my top teeth are gone. i cant hardly chew anymore. it gets so bad i am getting sick sometimes since i cant chew good. at this point i want to pull all my teeth and get a full set of dentures. i have bcbs ppo and cigna dhmo.
