i have 4 upper front teeth that are arch due to me sucking my thumb when i was a kid. when i smile i look like i dont have teeth cause there in a rainbow shape not only that my two front tooth are hurting me!! im a hairstylist and my wife is a nurse she got insurance but i dont !! i need a cash payment plan please!!!
