I had 9 fillings placed over 20 years ago, and 3 of them fell out recently. The upper left molar(where one filling fell out) will need a root canal but there's just a small bit of tooth left.

I've had previous orthodontic work done, but I did not complete treatment, because I suffer from severe acid reflux, and needed to have most of the appliances taken off for dental repair.

I have a tooth in the front that needs to be capped. I had a root canal performed there over 2 years ago, and never got it capped.

As a result of the ortho that was done, I have 8 teeth that were pulled as a part of ortho treatment, and one tooth pulled from decay, for a total of 9 teeth missing. So I seriously need to look into getting Invisalign or Braces so I can close the gaps in between my teeth.

Orthodontics aside, how much am I looking at paying here?

I have Delta Dental PPO 80/50, but my income is limited, so I will have to get on a payment plan of some sort. My credit is shot, so I would not qualify for Care Credit or Capital One Finance Plans.
